Parliament's forum

In NRW Parliament's forum, interested parties can obtain information about the work of the parliamentary delegates and the functions of the state parliament. The offer is aimed primarily at individual visitors who can use the centre approx. 40 weekends a year, Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am to 5 pm.

There are eight pillars at which visitors can access interactive information about various aspects of North Rhine-Westphalia and parliamentary work - ranging from information about the federal state and its citizens to making a law. They can help to plan a typical working week of a parliamentary delegate or test their knowledge of NRW and the Landtag in a quiz.

The themes of the eight pillars are as follows:

  • We in NRW - the state and its citizens
  • The parliament and its tasks
  • The parliament
  • Election to the Landtag
  • Legislation
  • The Landtag building on the Rhine
  • Committee week
  • Landtag quiz
